C.I.F. Construction Ltd. is committed to the health and safety of its employees and for all who are involved in our projects. Protection of employees from injury or occupational disease is a major continuing objective. We are committed to continuing improvement toward and accident-free workplace through effective administration, education and training.

At C.I.F. Construction Ltd., management, supervisors and employees must be committed to Health and Safety. Everyone is expected to make a personal commitment to health and safety. It is our first priority, management will provide and maintain a safe and healthy work environment, in accordance with industry standards and in compliance with legislative requirements, and will strive to eliminate any foreseeable hazards which may result in property damage, accidents or personal injury/illness.

Health and Safety will not be compromised by anyone for any reason. Everyone is responsible not only for their own healthy and safety, but also for their fellow workers. We recognize that the responsibility for health and safety are shared. All employees will be equally responsible for minimizing accidents within our facilities and on our work sites. Safe work practices and job procedures will be clearly defined in the company's Health and Safety Manual for all employees to follow.

Management, supervisors and employees must protect their own and fellow worker's health and safety by working in compliance with the Occupational Health and Safety Act and all applicable regulations and safe work practices and procedures established by our company.

C.I.F. Construction Ltd. will meet or exceed regulations that are required by the regulatory authorities and our clients.

A positive attitude, a personal commitment and active participation from all persons will give our company an excellent health and safety program that will result in an injury and accident free work environment.

In addition, we will strive to improve our Health and Safety program on an ongoing basis.
